BOOK DESCRIPTION:
Is the Bible a book of mythology? Are the persons, places and events in the Bible fabrications by deceitful men? Many critics of Christianity say yes but archaeological discoveries say no. For the past 150 years archaeologists have been verifying the exact truthfulness of the Bible’s detailed records of various events, customs, persons, cities, nations, and geographical locations.
In this book Charlie Campbell discusses dozens of fascinating discoveries—both old and new—that have overturned critics’ theories of the Bible and helped to confirm the historical reliability of the Scriptures. If you have questions or doubts about the reliability of the Bible, this book will be a great help to you. Click on the images above to see sample pages. A great book. Charlie did a fantastic job in compiling compelling evidence for the trustworthiness of Scripture all into one powerful, rather beautiful book!

I'm a bit more than halfway through the book now and I've got to say, it's truly amazing! It's the first book of its kind I've owned, (specifically regarding biblical history/archaeology), and I don't think I could've made a better first choice. I'd recommend this for anyone just starting out in archaeological research from a biblical perspective, and as Charlie mentions on page 14, I'd say it's absolutely perfect for those "who do not have the time to read the 200-500 page books on the topic."

Have this book as apart of your arsenal! There's a war for our minds, and we need to know the facts! Campbell has a gift for condensing very large topics into succinct yet powerful works that can be digested by the everyday reader. I have referenced information from this book to atheists and other non-believers many times. I wouldn't have had the ability to know about these discoveries, their context, the debate around them, significance, biblical references...without this book. And, as a result of learning about the topic of archaeology, I decided to go on a dig! I went with Dr. Price of Liberty University, who is one of the archaeologists Campbell suggests in the book, to Qumran Israel. Life changing! Campbell does the heavy lifting, all you have to do is get the book and learn about a very important aspect of Christian apologetics with ease.

I'm an amateur archaeologist and I bought the book. Well done!
