Siddhartha Gautama (also known as “The Buddha”) was born in approximately 480 B.C. in present day Nepal. Today there are between 350-500 million people who follow his teachings. Who was Siddhartha Gautama? Why has Buddhism become so popular? What do Buddhists believe? How do Siddhartha’s teachings line up with what the Bible teaches? In this fascinating DVD, Charlie Campbell answers these questions and others. DVD length: 65 minutes
This DVD was shot in a widescreen format and contains many of the images Charlie uses in his PowerPoint presentation.
This teaching is also available on CD.

I'm leading a mission team of 18 to Thailand in March. Last week I was thinking about how I could lay out a basic foundation of Buddhism to/for the team. There is sooooooo much information out there that I didn't know where to begin... and then - KAZAM! this DVD popped up and I ran and got the church copy of the DVD!! We watched it together yesterday (along with popcorn and soda!!). It really was helpful for all of us. Charlie presents a great foundation for Buddhism and his presentation style is such that everyone was able to glean from it and I know it will bear fruit amongst the team. So... thank you for making the DVD and all the apologetic work you are doing for the The Kingdom!!!

I learned a lot by watching this dvd. I work with a Buddhist and didn't know how to minister to him because I didn't fully know or understand what all he believed or really how his religion got started. After watching this video I am more than confident in being able to minister to him the next time I have a chance.
